Here's a full build that I made for a friend.

It should be no more than 1050€, any way to improve it? By the way, I live in Italy and i'll shop all the parts from Amazon.it (amazon italia)

umm yeah, change the processor. Why the hell have you chosen a server processor!

The Xeon E3 1230v3 is a more than capable CPU. It's basically an I7 with on iGPU and a locked multiplier. Stop saying that a xeon is by definition a CPU only for servers...

For gaming you're better off just getting an overclockable i5 though...

Pascal Undervolting topic, get more out of your card with less power!

Why high refreshrate monitors look better even without Freesync/G-sync in one image.
Stutters, framedrops, "lag". How to provide detailed information with your "bottleneck" question, as well as a few solutions.

it's not only for gaming, maybe streaming and video editing, so an hyper threaded cpu is better

You can stream on the iGPU. How time-critical is the rendering? I mean, you're basically giving up overclockability up for it. So it better be something he does very often...
