Let me look in my crystal ball.

It depends on your settings.

If you spent so much on that rig, why did you ask after you built an x99 rig? :P

Build is stupid without an SSD, even if only for the OS

This is like climbing into a McLaren, and then asking if you're able to achieve the speed limit on a residential street.

It's a stupid question.

This has got to be a troll. a $2,000 rig and you throw a WD Blue into it?

@EugeneCustomBuild Full of shit kid, lel. You know how I know you are bullshitting? You claim to be using an ASUS VI EXTREME (Z87) board with an i7 5960x (x99 platform)... LOLLL gtfo you pathetic piece of fuck.

I honestly don't care how rude I sound, I am sick of lying scumbags - no matter how old they are...

Does SSD increase my fps ingame? lol

Not about more fps, its about having a faster experience.  I personally only have a 120GB SSD for the OS and core applications.  Games are stored on a 3TB HDD.

SSD's boot incredibly quickly, my PC is ready to use from a cold start in under 10 seconds, even less if it was in sleep mode.

But with a build like that to not have an SSD is missing the point of having an uber high end rig.

Not really. But your system responsiveness will be dramatically increased.

Noone even noticed.

Somehow i can't believe some1 would ask those question if he would have a really expensive rig.

And the 1150 socket with socket 2011v3 combination adds to the credibility.
