Will it make a speed difference?

Personally I don't care for the speed of USB 3.0 It's all about how much space you can carry with you at any given time. So go with the 64 GB

Well i use a USB 3.0 drives sometimes gets data transfers in 1/5 of the time taken by a typical USB 2.0 but then again it depends on your drive(Age, Quality, Flash vs Hard Drive). Also you do need a USB 3.0 Port on your pc/laptop. I guess the price is the same due to them both compensating either speed and storage but personally it USB 3.0 would be useful only if you were transferring massive files onto a hard drive so I would go with the USB 2.0 64 gig(IMHO). Go with the 32gb. The 3.0 speed is awesome, if you have things that use it or transfer a lot of small files around.

Large files, 2.0 handles fine. It's tons of smaller files that it struggles with.
