Am I ready for Hackintosh?

I have a link to the OS X Mavericks "retail" .dmg (thanks to my friend downloading it on one of the iMacs at school), and that's about it. I have my SSD pretty much ready to go with it as well. Before I download it (since he uploaded it somewhere), is all of my hardware compatible with OS X? The rig in question is Athena (duh). If it is, tell me what other stuff I need. I know I'm gonna need something like iATKOS (I think) and Chameleon (please correct me if I'm wrong, I haven't even really considered OS X since I thought about doing 10.6.2 on my netbook).

Are Pentiums compatible? Haven't seen any Pentium hackintoshes afaik but could be wrong.

 

Apart from that, yeah you are.

well gigabyte mobos are the most hackintosh compatible 

 

but at this time im not sure how well amd works but if you try that 480 with it you may be fine

That was just for something special (I wanna say TRIM) and some other somewhat small performance boosts.

nope, trim works with all kind of SSDs ... just use trimenabler.

AMD is very iffy. Install it on a separate partition first to make sure it works.
