Posted November 27, 2014 I just got a new 970 and after i installed it ive noticed some horizontal tearing towards the bottom of my monitor. It happens when I'm slowly scrolling down a web page or even just randomly in games. Its kind of annoying. Is it my card or just my monitor? Can it be fixed?
