Samsung Galaxy Nexus or RAZR I

Ok guys need some advice here please...looking to make a purchase and would like to hear some opinions. I have 2 sim free phones in mind..the GNex and Razr I....

I mean, the GNex has the better screen, and its purely Google (Waiting for the nexus is just Eurghhh haha), but the Razr I has better battery, Intel Atom, expandable storage but a rather poor screen (only 540 x 960 vs 720 x 1280) :(

If you don't want to wait for the Nexus 4 I probably wouldn't go back to last year tech, especially when it's not cheaper. Also the Intel based Android phones you're bound to run into some software compatibility issues. If you like Motorola why not try an ARM based one like this one?
