I'd recommend the Acer H236HL bid monitor, it has a small bezel, and it's IPS. It's just a really nice monitor, my first choice for 1080p.

Go samsung non pro the performance is close and the price difference helps.  Also, why go Haswell if you are going to have SLI 770s?
