PC in a desk?

Does anyone have a good design for a PC in a desk? I have gotten into PC building lately and next summer I hope to build a nice, high quality rig- inside a custom desk. I would like to hear some thoughts. Has anyone done this? If so can you share your design with me? How do you like it? Do you have pictures? Thanks for your feedback!
