performance difference between nh-u12s and nh-d14?

is there any real performance difference between the two? i mean theres a few dollar difference so idk :S

Well considering one is twice as many fins as the other, I'd say that there is a difference.

Upgrade Plan: Acquire some Black Noctuas then add 16 or 32GB of 2133MHz memory

1.35V 4.4Ghz for my 4770k and gaming its hitting 72C on the hottest core thats on a NH-D14

Yeah it is, if I have my CPU at stock speeds it will hit 55-60C when gaming and idle around 28-30C

a pretty big difference, get the U14s instead. Its performance is amazing considering its only single tower. I have it with a 3770k @ 4.6ghz
