id use this to get rca out for the audio and still use hdmi

http://www.target.com/p/xbox-360-hdmi-headset-adapter-black-xbox-360/-/A-14226168?ref=tgt_adv_XSG10001&AFID=Google_PLA_df&LNM=|14226168&CPNG=Electronics&kpid=14226168&LID=PA&ci_src=17588969&ci_sku=14226168

then id use a 2 in one out hdmi swich box and

id get 1 male rca to male 3.5mm to go from an rca swichbox to computer

one rca cable to go to between the rca switch box and xbox

and one rca male to 3.5mm female to go to the splitter

i know its a bit crazy and im sure theres an easier way but thats what i did for my 2nd pc/cablebox on my 22 inch in the computer room.

p.s i had an old madcatz component swichtbox and an old rca 4 port hdmi from back when tvs only had one component input and only had one hdmi input. so i had already had the cables and switchboxes collecting dust in a crate in the attic and decided to make use of them again.

just remembered  i did this on my xbox to use the optical and hdmi on the 360(wasnt paying 50 bucks when they first sold the adapter) just add a female rca to female 3.5($1 on ebay) and that should work to hook up speakers directly to xbox.

ok lemme try this one more time

step one take the 3.55 mm to rca adapter and plug one end of the wire into the output of the switch and the other to the speakers.

step two take the xbox red and white rca and put it into one of the inputs on the switch.

take the rca  to 3.5mm male cable and plug one end into the switch and the other to the green jack on the computer.

now all u have to do is switch inputs to switch xbox and computer
