Temperatures for low load.

My temperatures when browsing the internet  watching videos, streams..etc.   are,

cpu is  between 35°C-42°Cgpu is between 40°C-44°C   while gaming temps are  pretty much the same  2-3°C higher than  the  low load ones, at idle  they even reach 26°C-28°C .

My question is  are these temperatures fine in general .

For future reference, the hottest your CPU and GPU should get (hopefully never does) is ~95C, at which point they should throttle.
