So I have been wanting to build my first computer, not anything super fancy, just one around $750 that can record and stream games okay. At the moment i do not know what i need nor exactly how to build it. at the moment i have a pretty bad mac laptop, and am in real need of a new computer. If any of you could give me specs for what i should buy, that would be amazing! Btw, the $750 doesn't include monitor, or mouse. I will need a keyboard and windows though. Thanks to anybody that responds to this! The price of 750$ can be raised a bit, probably about  a hundred dollars, maybe more!

EDIT: Thanks guys for all of your help, not sure which one to buy yet, but you guys came out right away giving me possible builds, if you guys have any that you think are really good, please tell me!!! i think i am gonna go with this one: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2wMQhM from ilikemacandpc, but im not sure just yet, gonna ask some of my friends who actually know about this stuff!!! thanks all of you once again!

This build will be able to stream and play games great! I went a bit over budget but you can try and find a Windows license somewhere else to save $100 and a keyboard shouldn't be too hard to find for cheap :)
