Hi

I am starting my first build and would like some advice on anti static bracelet. I am definitely going to us one as I would rather be safe than sorry as I have been saving up and a student. I watched Linus's video about ESD protection and am still unclear about something. When you are attaching your Anti static bracelet onto your PSU does the PSU need to be plugged into the wall and turned on or does it need to be plugged in and turned off or not plugged in at all. Also does the PSU its self need to be switched on (Pluged in unit switched on or off, Not pluged in unit switched on or off, Pluged in switched on at the wall unit switched on or off, Pluged in not switched on at the wall unit switched on or off) Also would like some suggestions if there is any more efficient methods.

Thanks  :)

p.s sorry if this confuses you I just want to be 100% sure
