overkill much? 500 would be enough.

i would reccommend the cx 500 from corsair

This should be enough for what you have now.Is actually a lil more that you need maybe you will upgrade in future you never know

Also this is better if you are on a budge the other one is more for future use

Doesn't that have only 2 6 pin pci connectors? Or did I misunderstand something?

my 770 uses a 6 and 8 pin connector, the psu is 2 6+2 pins

There is a none modular version right? Here in hungary it is a lot cheaper then the semi modular one.

It's better to get a sweet spot PSU first rather than changing it down the road if he upgrades

And yet that psu is more expensive than the EVGA Supernova G2 850W so who is wasting the money ?  ;)

 

I would suggest something like a Rosewill Capstone 550W or XFX XTR 550W.
