Is there a way to setup shadowplay so that it records only game audio?

So i just connected a 2nd monitor (my dad's monitor) to my setup and have been using it for a while.

Loving the dual monitor setup so far. It makes multi-tasking much easier.

 

So now i can watch a stream, or anything else. while gaming. But while recording gameplay, shadowplay records the game audio with the audio of the stream (or whatever else is playing on the secondary monitor).

 

My question is - Is there a way to make shadowplay record only the game audio, OR to seperate the stream audio from the recorded video after recording. 

 

I use shadowplay because the performance hit is minimal. But am open to suggestion that work as well as shadowplay.

for that you would have to record audio separately, not too sure how you would do that though...
