Hey, My brother wants me to build him a computer that will mostly run minecraft and CS:GO. Could you people look at the build and tell me if It should be fine?

We live in New Zealand So I'm gonna keep $300NZD for shipping. The budget is roughly around $1150USD ($1455NZD)
