Get an R9 270 instead of the 750 Ti. A lot more performance for very little

Here you go (No MIR/Promo)

This is why you should not get an FX CPU for ANY scenario other than rendering on a budget http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/286142-fx-8350-r9-290-psu-requirements/?p=3892901 http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/266481-an-issue-with-people-bashing-the-fx-cpus/?p=3620861

MSI Radeon version?

The FTW edition is loud... I wouldn't get it, and a single fan is enough for that chip, personal experience.

I have it in my old build and it wasn't loud at all unless you're running firestrike on it along with rendering a movie.

I would remove the SSD, add it later and now add a better GPU. Don't hate me.

That's a good idea and get the SSD from amazon, it's cheaper and they ship super fast. But make sure to get one because it's way worth it.
