I'd save up a little until you can afford the extra $30 for 8gb of RAM, and possibly look at the used market for video cards as you can get a much better one there.

Why are you getting MSI? You can get cheaper products that do the exact same thing....

You can get a Gigabyte 260x with 2 gb of vram for 17$ less

http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvr726xoc1gd

And an Asrock H81 motherboard for 35$ less

http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-h81probtc

And with the money that you saved on getting the Asrock board you can get this XFX 270

if this is going to be used mainly for gaming i'd suggest heading to future shop and just grab a PS4 as it's much more powerful and cheaper.

Get windows on G2A, use that money for RAM or a z97 board to OC later on.

Can you explain how g2a works. It seems a bit sketchy.

your entire build is sketchy to say the least...this board is fine to use with any intel CPU...i'd suggest a core i3 as a bare minimum.

here is a much improved rig in terms of performance that can actualy compete with a PS4 for about the same price...the case is not so nice but at least the performance are descent

you'll want to consider upgrading the RAM to 8GB rather quickly so i suggest spending for another stick...do you plan on mailin the mail in rebates? i didnt considered them i might if you want i can get better prices but you'd have to work a bit...
