Hello, so my friend just PM me saying that he got a power surge, after that the games he play look like this:

his desktop videos are fine just when he plays a geme it is all messes up, i think the gpu got burned BUT IM NO EXPERT..

It looks like 3D is turned on. HUDs don't usually render in 3D, which is why it looks normal. It's the same with Killing Floor's health bars when playing as a commando in 3D.

I have finally moved to a desktop. Also my guides are outdated as hell.
