GPU Failing?

So I have this problem like 3 days ago. I was playing some games and my monitor looks weird and I can still talk/hear on teamspeak and listen to youtube but I can't CNTRL ALT DEL. When I am play a CoD Game I hear this repetitive shot that I just take eg one shot it would be like one shot pause one shot pause etc. Even if I'm just browsing the internet it does the same thing too. But I can't control anything.

Please help I've tried a lot of things on youtube and other forum site but nothing has help.

If there is no solution should I go with NVIDIA Geforce GTX 770/780/790

CPU: i7 3770k clock @ 3.5 GHZ

RAM: 16 GB Corsair Vengeance Blue

Motherboard: Asus Saber tooth z77

PSU: 750W of fatal1ty

GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7970

================Things I've tried================

Uninstalling drivers

Uninstalling driver from device manager

After reboot ofcourse lol

Reinstalling drivers

Reboot

If you don't have much stuff to back up, I'd try reinstalling Windows before getting a whole new CPU

Those lines are typical of ATi/AMD GPU that is dead.

@Mush Brain I had an AMD before what should I do before installing this new GPU?

i woulnd asume the gpu is dead until some further testing. Check PSU voltages with a tester (its fair simple, a youtube video would explain well) and Also, removing all kinds of overclock from the system. Also, removing drivers from the gpu and re installing the new one would be a nice test.

@faziten I apreaciate but I already did remove the drivers if you read the whole thing. I don't have a voltage checker unfortunately. I already order a new GPU which is NVIDIA Geforce GTX 980.
