What should I upgrade first?

My current setup is using an i3 4150, HyperX Fury 8gb ram, Gt 630 and 900p monitor.

 

Should I get GTX 970 or R9 285 with 1080p monitor?

 

P/s: I have no intention to upgrade my cpu because i just bought it in less than 1 month. Pardon for my grammar.

what are you using your PC for? Gaming? I'd suggest a decent 1080p and a gtx 970. What budget are we looking at?

no real point of a 970 if you're running 1600x900

R9 285 with a 1080p monitor. Gtx 970 at 900p is just plain duh. You wont get the full potential a 970 can.
