How to open, and clean, PS3 'Fat'

So I am about to leave the house for a few hours, but I wanted to know if you guys had any good guides or videos on how to open and clean a PS3 "Fat"

 

Ours overheats when I play Journey and it's time to clean it.

Yep, getting a PC will solve it. 

 

Jokes aside- 

use this guide to break it down  https://www.ifixit.com/Teardown/PlayStation+3+Teardown/1260

then use canned air/pure isopropil alcohol to clean up dust and residues.

Okay. Here are some pics:

I have to say, it's internals are beautiful, this was over designed. You can tell where the $800 went to. 

 

Heatsink:
