NZXT H440 fan hub question

Would this http://www.moddiy.com/products/Titan-3%252dSpeed-PCI-Expansion-Slot-Fan-Speed-Controller.html be able to control the fans running off the fan hub in the back of the H440? If it doesn't is there anyway I can?

You'd have to mod it yourself, or find a fan controller with a molex output, then you could just hook up the entire fan hub to run off the variable output of the controller.

You can't do it over the hub, it only provides power like the NZXT Grid.

Do you use the fan hub? Ive heard some say that its not loud at all and some that say it is.
