                                     - (aside from its features, badass looks and the option to water cooled the damn thing!)

 

I really need your suggestions and advises on this. please!

It's way overpriced and motherboards don't impact performance. Buy an Asus Z97-AR and spend the money saved elsewhere in your build. One could even argue that the AR is overkill and overpriced for your needs. You can find a motherboard with similar features for around $100.

but if you need to spend it elsewhere then look for something else

                the parts that i plan to use is (intel core i7 4790k, and evga gtx 980).

Well it's a bit expensive for what it is. There are things with similar aesthetics and features at a much lower price.
