Has any one successfully booted Windows on a Mac and How would I do that? I have heard of it being done but could not find the steps needed.

My computer is a 2011 Mac Mini server, Duel Intel i-7 quad core setup @2.0 Ghz (8 Cores) with 2 500 Gb HDD's. It is currently running windows 32 bit via boot camp.

Either of these alternate bootloaders will do.

Two things though: 1, it's not a dual-i7 system. Intel's Core i7 line does not have the necessary QPI links to do this, and the Mac MIni (knowing this from owning one) would be too small to fit it. And 2, why 32-bit? Unless you're running 4GB RAM or less, I would suggest upgrading to 64-bit to use all of the RAM properly.

You basically just install Windows via Bootcamp, the Bootcamp Assistant guides you through the process, you'll be given a series of at least 3 steps to do before you start the install process. The links @TheSLSAMG as provided for you should help guide you through the process more thoroughly. I hope that helps. :)

Thanks I'll read up on the two.

When I reinstall it will be in 64 bit. Then what explain's the 8 cores?

Can you rephrase your question please? :)

I am going to wipe my windows and reinstall it using 64 bit.

Good idea! ;)

My computer shows 8 cores when my CPU is a Quad core.

That's because it uses, what is called, Hyper-Threading. Each of those 4 cores is split in two for

greater efficiency, you basically have 4 real cores and 4 addition cores via the said reason. ;)

ok I understand now.

BTW If I use Boot camp it will still use a Bios. What I'm trying to say is using the computer it self, as in starting my computer and it will boot in windows it self skipping the Bios screen and using the EFI to start the Windows OP system from my computer with out the boot camp emulator.

Oh damn! Now that makes things a lot more complicated. I'm not sure that you can even do that on a Mac.

I was looking at this

http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=696523

I heard that it was an old mac pro trick. It basically starts out as a disappointment in this thread but about page 40 I think light starts to show.

Edit; More Like page 9 it starts and then closer to the end I think more people come and explain.
