Sooo...hmmm...NCIX?....

Soooo...... is this NCIX?

Situation: bought a whole rig (2k $) on NCIX because i thought...Linus still make videos for them....it should be a great company right?

First, the sale man told me i will get my GPU  by the 1st week of October by saying : ''Asus is coming on Sept 30th'' and showing me this table... i received my GPU on 27 Oct ....

Oct 10,  Also, i requested a RMA with the sale man because one item of my purchase was damaged...he said he will answer me back as soon as possible after he showed it to the RMA team...

''Yes I got them
I forwarded them to RMA department

I will let you know

when i hear from them'' (i sent around 10pictures of the damaged product to him)

Oct 15, After 5days, i didnt get a response at all, So i send him a email...guess what? I was being ignored...
I asked: ''they still didnt respond? ''

Oct 17, i asked him again and he said he asked the RMA team and they didnt reply and he will ask it again and contact me as soon as possible...

Oct 22, he still didnt respond ''hey jin, this is taking really long :S im receiving my GPU on Monday'' And guess what, i was being ignored once again...

I kind of felt like NCIX just ditched me after taking my money away..... It make it feels like its not the sale man who ditched me but his boss who told him to ignore me, and with time, ill just forget the RMA the damaged AIO water cooling that cost me 150$

And yes, i took my time to provide like 10+ pictures with labels on them telling them where is the problem and my opinion on how it may be damaged because it was pretty obvious...

Nov 4, I complained to NCIX via a whole new ticket and the new guy said ''Do you have an invoice number, so we can take a look for you.''  (And i resumed the situation in my ticket)

Nov 4, And yes, i sent him the invoice number... and he still didnt replied....

Nov 5, I sent: ''Ah, i got ignored again?...''

I am really disappointed...I probably wont chose NCIX again....

So i was wondering, is NCIX such a company and treat all theyre customers like this? Or i am just unlucky....

I think it's just you. I've generally heard good things about them. Never dealth with them myself tho.

This is just what happens if you don't have your Customer Support tightly organized and controlled...

Agreed with most of the comments on here.  I ran into a really long delay on shipping a 980 from them when it was brand new and going out of stock everywhere.  I called and they responded awesomely.  I had asked for expedited shipping, but still waited nearly 8 days.  I called on like the 7th (right after a weekend) ready to boil, but their awesome customer service immediately defused me. It turned out not to have been their fault.  They got the package to UPS the same day I bought it, but then UPS couldn't figure out how to cross the US/Canadian border or something and took all the extra time.  They called and resolved everything for me and gave me free shipping plus a discount for my inconvenience.  Plus they were super awesome on the phone. Package arrived the next day.  Couldn't really ask for more.  But I called rather than emailed, so maybe that's the diff.

Good luck.
