What cooler would you recommend for the 5930k?

minimum evo 212 for light overclocks. At least a kraken x41 for high overclocks. x61 and corsair h110 is overkill all day.

I have an h440 and two 140 mm noctua fans, what cooler would you recommend?

I'd check out the following:

Corsair Hydro Series (Link: here)

NZXT Kraken Series (Link: here)

 

Or you could go all out, create yourself a custom water cooling loop.
