Beep sound when starting PC

Guys I have a 3080 and this started happening 3 - 4 days ago, before this happened i also have an issue of things or browser slowly loading up, and this happened when I got my 1440p monitor, i have a i7 12700kf and 32 gb ram, and whenver I paly a non demanding game like roblox my temps would be at 70- 75 and the fans would be so loud, and sometimes just browisng my gpu fans would be really loud I need help... I noticed it more today when i started my pc and my room was silent there would be a beeeeping sound then when I load things up 3 to 5 minutes it would fade away then be substituted by a mild loud gpu fans, My fans werent this loud when i had a 1080... So i jsut need help to configure this issue. The origin of the beeping sound is right in the area of the mother board im not sure if its the fans or gpu.
