but for testing CPU/Ram stability I use Prime95. For testing GPU's I use games(whatever is in my Steam library).

Prime95 is good to run. It'll ensure CPU, and RAM to a degree are stable. To be safe you should run for a full 24 hours and don't use your system while its running. Direct download link

 

If you want to check RAM more fully, run memtest86+. I would download either the ISO and burn it to a CD/DVD and boot it or use the USB auto-installer option for booting from USB. (The same way you boot from your DVD/USB to install Windows.) You can download memtest86+ here: http://www.memtest.org/#downiso

For Intel CPUs, I recommend Intel Extreme Tuning Utility. Developed by Intel.

3Dmark is very nice for overall checking. Remember to monitor your temps while its running or after it.
