Looks good, I wouldn't change it much. The RAM is a bit expensive and the V300 drives are not very fast, but that's all.

Also, if you have a Micro Center nearby, they have lots of REALLY good combo deals and CPU's and Motherboards. In general, just look out for deals there and on places like newegg and amazon. I saved well over $100 when I built mine at Micro Center alone, and all I bought there was a CPU and Motherboard. You can then use some of that money on getting some other higher end parts like a Samsung SSD or you can just save it :)

the closest micro center is like 1 1/2 hours away but i have prime so almost as good

Your build is pretty good. I didn't see any changes to make, and are you going to overclock?
