CM Seidon 120V: Yay or nay?

So I have $50 I can spend on pretty much anything. And guess what? The 120V is $49.99 on Newegg!

 

But with this comes a whole host of problems. Like the fact that I don't know how it performs, how loud it is, etc. So, if anyone here has used one or is currently using one, PLEASE tell me how it is in the performance and noise aspect.

 

Also, will it be noticeably better than an air cooler of the "same" caliber? Something like a 212 EVO? First CPU will be a G3258 @ 1.3v and whatever frequency I can churn out of it, and second will probably be a 4690K @ 1.3v and whatever frequency I can squeeze out.

I wouldn't spend my money on anything less than a 240mm radiator. I would rather get an air cooler in that case.

I honestly have no idea, AnandTech doesn't have it in the benchmarks for CPU coolers.
