I suggest you read this before asking any further questions, just a suggestion, but do what you please

 

It was a weird video of man turning his neck with some creepy noises in the background (wasn't wearing my headphones thankfully), I think that can be considered spam.

It was probably seen as advertising, which is against the Code of Conduct (Section 4.2).
