3D mark will test CPU and GPU, Unigine will test your GPU and cinebench will test your CPU in both single-thread and multi-thread.

I quite like Firestrike for GPUs, Crystal Diskmark for SSDs and Cinebench 11.5/R15 for CPUs, and then AIDA64 for RAM & cache.

Depends on what your are benchmarking. Some games (Tomb raider, bioshock, etc) have their own benchmarking tool.

 

For graphics: Futuremark

For CPU: Cinabench

 

AIDA64 for a complete system benchmark and stability test.
