Played that game for 30 minutes. Terrible. And I paid 60€ for that shit.

I own it, tried to play it, it was constantly stuttering and crashing 1/10 never buy.

I know. But its locked into my steam wallet. I bought some games for friends. 28 euro left. So I can never buy it haha.

It runs like shit, as I'm sure you're aware of, but I did find the story/gameplay quite good which is probably contrary to popular opinion.

That's the thing for me as well. It usually doesn't really bother me. I just like the stories etc.

It doesn't run like shit. I have and thought it was a decent game. It ran fine for me and I even enabled the mod

Wait until the sales, It's an ok game but not worth the price currently being charged.

You'd think so considering it's an Nvidia title but it seems to be a mixed bag.

Yeah I'd just wait until it is super cheap during steam fall or winter sales. I think another guy said he played it for about 30 minutes which that sounds about right to me. I gave it a little more of a chance got a decent way through it and just gave up. At no point did i really feel like i was enjoying the game to be honest. I didn't have that many issues with it performance wise on a GTX 670 but like i said the game itself just didn't really feel fun.

• It's really badly optimized
• Ubisoft nerfed the PC version so that the consoles won't look that bad
• A can of coke has more personality than the lead character
• The story makes hardly any sense. You're supposed to be a vigilante but you're constantly harming innocent people,
• The KI has some issues such as, you're fighting against a group of thugs and a civilian calls the cops. Now the cops & thugs are fighting both against you...
• The driving is completly off. Only if you use a motorcycle it's somewhat satisfying.
• etc. etc.etc. etc.

 

And most of all : IT'S UBISOFT. 

 

Yes, there is another side of the coin there are some good things as well. They won't outweigh all the issues of the game but the map itself is huge and there's a lot for you to do. There quite some side missions and a few are enjoyable. And the first 1,5 hours are gameplay are quite cool (in case the game runs properly). But after that it gets very repetitive in a bad way and things make less and less sense if any sense at all.

 

I'd wait for a game heavily discounted complete edition down the road.

64mb of ram ? Wow your rig must be ancient

 

In all seriousness though Watch Dogs does have high res textures *even though they dont look that good* so it doesn't surprise me that a 670 can't run it well, The 3930K is nice but the game is GPU bound and not CPU bound.
