How much can i overclock it with an good fan i got and an 100 % asus motherboard  ?

No, it's not NEARLY enough for video editing, not to mention it's an old cpu. What cpu do you have now? If it's an i3 it's already much faster than the athlon. Intel cores are much faster than amd cores, so comparing them in terms of core count doesn't give the full picture. For video editing you want at least an i5 4690/fx 8350, better an i7 if possible.

AMD products never worth what they are selling for, they get sales by promoting numbers that don't matter in the real performance the end-user will get like synthetics benchmarks that handle all the cores something that no games does.

It's good for the price, but it's not a worthy competitor for gaming. It can not be overclocked much due to it being a locked CPU

If you want to make gaming videos, I think you'll be better with a CPU with a minimum of 4 cores, with 3GHz minimum clock speed. Recording software is extremely intensive on the CPU so there's danger that this could cause a serious bottleneck.

Don't waste your money on that. If you really want to have a noticable upgrade, move to an Intel i5 or i7.
