System Lock Ups

I am starting to have this wierd thing where if I leave my system on and walk away and comeback my system freezes up and I have to hit eh power button, I am currently overclocked but it was happening prior, so I am turning of my OC but I still had this problem before. I have the sniper 5, 4770k, 780 ti, 500gb ssd samsung, 3tb segate HDD, corsair rm850, corsair vengense pro 2133 ram. h100i cooler, any ideas what this could be? I am guessing maybe the mobo, but I am terrible with trouble shooting still, this was my first build, any suggestions would help thanks.

CPU temps do not go above 65c underloadish, this typically happens after idle time, idle temps are around 30ish Celcius. Stress tested with the oc does not go above 82c.

Ill re install all my drivers tomorrow, and will try to check the ram. Really hope its not the windows install. Thanks for the input.

I have had it for 8 months, I started noticing this maybe 4 months ago, very rarely did not pay attention to it, have not updated the bios ever so Ill try doing that.

Are you using Chrome? This is the most recent thing that comes to mind- I wake my computer from sleep/ standby, go on a YouTube page, and my computer freezes. If that's not the case, I suggest eliminating each part one my one-

 

CPU- Prime 95 for 24 hours

RAM- Memtest 86+ for 24 hous

GPU- Any benchmarking tool such as 3DMark 11 for 12 hours

PSU- Full system load (try folding) for 24 hours.

If anything fails/ system crashes during these tests, it's the part you are testing for.

Interesting, I still need to try bios update will stress test, except instead of prime 95 Aida, and no I am using Firefox do not even have chrome installed. It did get better once I turned off my oc, temps were under control and now under gaming while having like 10 web pages open watching 1080p video, and sky ping with spotify on, my temps actually did not go down any from turning the overclock of should not be CPU over heating. Taking a guess maybe something with the mobo.
