there will be no 980ti, because ti versions of cards must have unlocked gpu cores and some other stuff that the 980 already has, 990 dont think so, and there maybe a new titan, but those are just rumors

There'll probably be a 980Ti / 960 and maybe a new titan after AMD makes their next move.

They are on the way. But nobody seems to know if it is tail end this year or next.

More importantly what is your rig?? I would say you should consider putting the money towards upgrading the rest of your rig first.
