Looks like a pretty good build.

 

Are you planning on doing SLI or Crossfire in the future? If not, than 650w is abit overkill.

A good 550w bronze will do. The 650w is overkill.

That's more than enough. Seasonic makes great psus. You could save money by getting a bronze psu though. An xfx 550w bronze or a cx600 should be cheaper.
