Best Over ear Headphones under £50

Hey guys, so i am looking for some over ear headphones for under 50 pound, i don't want on ear as it hurts my ears. I am looking the best sound quality available and good sound isolation. i will use it to listen to music mainly but will also use it for the computer. I listen to rock/punk so not looking too much bass.

I wouldn't go with the top ones, personal experience they are pretty bad.

yeah i only put them up there because i had heard some good things about them. What about the HD419's?
