How To Claim Mail In Rebate!?!?!

Soo.. ive always wondered this how do i claim my mail in rebate stuff.. Do i mail them something? How does it work?

There's usually a  "proof of purchase" with the packaging, or comes as an accessory. Depends on the company. Send that, and maybe a copy of the receipt (for date of purchase) and they'll send the rebate within a few weeks. Exact time may vary.

 

e: I usually don't bother. Considering how long it'd take to get back a measly amount, it's not worth it.

They will usually give you a link on the checkout place to a paper that you print out and mail to them. You usually have to include some proof of purchase, and they usually say they will get it done in 8-10 weeks, so it takes awhile.

So if i buy something now that the mir expires in a month will it still go through?

I believe it goes by date of purchase, not date when they receive the MIR request.

Yes, it will. The MIR is based on the date of purchase, not the date you send in the MIR.
