what does it mean for "change colors"? change what color? the controllers light color? the blue led strips color? the menus color??????

and usb music? the 360 had that! xD

I think it means the ps4 its self changes color when you put it in hot water just like how the old hotwheels did. Go try for yourself and see. Oh make sure its on at the time as well ;D
