The sickleflow works better in a push pull..As it is not a static pressure fan so it has a tough time pushing through a rad..It does have a easier time pulling through a rad though...

Red one. If possible I would change the back fan with the same red fan to complete it.

Id say the white one as the red fan dont seem to be glowing that much and they most likely have worse performance.
