Low Fps

Hi Guys, i play fsx i don't usually get a constant 30 fps but i get enough to get by. Recently i have noticed my frames have dropped significantly down to 7 fps. I am not sure if it is a driver problem or what but i need help please. If anyone can help me fix the problem and even help me to get more fps generally that would be appreciated.

 

My Specs:

Amd A6-3670k

Amd R9 270

Gigabyte GA-A55M-DS2 Rev 3.0

2 screens Compaq 20 inch monitor 1600 * 900

Acer G125H 1280*1024

WD 500GB

Windows 7 64bit

check your temps see if anything is running too hot and throttling
