Basically, I can hear my PSU's fan starting to work itself since the PSU is ever so slightly hot, picture added below. Bear in mind, the airflow coming into the PSU isn't great at all, the 120MM SP fan sucks the air away from it.

right now it has the fan facing down right?

 

if so leave it that way,plenty of air below of the case,and flipping it would make it suck the hot (or warm) air from inside the chasis.

always better to have it get fresher air from outside the case.
