Recommend me some PC Speakers!

So I don't have an on board soundcard aside from the one on motherboard...

 

I was using Bose companion 5's (which are poor I know!)

 

Don't mind spending! Recommend me away!

Edifier s550 all the way!I have the encore version and i love it!

Or anything from edifier or microlab.

I have no problem recommending cheap 5.1s from Logitech.  Their speakers that are like $59 to $79 before tax are awesome for gaming.  Great bass and the quality of the sound is fine for me.  Now it may not be fine for you so I recommend going into a store to hear them or any other speaker set for that matter.  If stores in your area don't have working displays then buy from a store that will let you take them home and try them and return them with no questions asked.

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S

Thanks for the info guys, I think those KEF's look quite nice though... might go for them...
