So, I have this EVGA torq x10 mouse.

And it has been working perfectly on other people's computers.

But for some reason, if i set the dpi to anything other than 1600, the mouse just goes to 50dpi mode or something and just doesn't perform well. And somehow, if i didn't connect my computer to the internet before turning the computer on, there isn't any problem.

Should i just reintall my OS or something?

There are drivers?

Sure. EVGA's site is good place to get them. I'd also suggest to disable windows hardware based acceleration. It sometimes messes things.
