ipad air 2 vs galaxy tab s 10.5?

I have really mixed feelings about this. I have a galaxy s5, and an ipad 3. I love both. However, the ipad 3 is starting to get aged, and maybe it's time for an upgrade? I don't know which one to get and these are the best tablets for the price range so what do you guys think? Help me decide!

The nexus 9 doesn't look good for me. I'd rather choose one of these, but I'm leaning towards the iPad air 2.

Long term support, iOS (if that's your thing), better performance than any other android tablet, good battery life, for me personally, I prefer LCD over AMOLED, higher quality apps, etc.
