Im getting the WATCHDOGS_TIMEOUT error Win 8.1

OK i have been getting this error just in the past 10-20mins, i havent been messing with my settings in the bios, i was on youtube then it just started, ill post some links to a screenshot of CPU-Z and HWmonitor

Did you recently overclock your CPU at all?

I have had it at 3.8GHz after it happened, i added more Voltage and went up to 4.0GHz

Give the CPU stress test to see if you get the same Watch_Dogs time out error

I ran Prime95 and in 2secs, two cores failed im going to add more vcore and see what will happen

1.3V does seem a bit low for AMD FX CPU's. I know they regularly run at 1.4-1.5V

Umm wow your temp sensors all over the place. Thermal throttling starts at 72C.
