I know that PSU is overkill but whatever. You can get cheaper one if you wish but I think this one is a very good PSU for its price given the fact that it is also fully modular.
OS from G2A.com but you will get only key you will have to download ISO and make your own bootable DVD/USB.

Motherboard/Cooler/Case/PSU are all overkill. What's the point of a 120$ cooler for Haswell? You're not a lot with a bunch of cooling capacity, motherboard doesn't make much sense when he didnt mention that he's planning to SLI, Case well its just 40-60$ more for blingbling.

Swapped them out and took quieter parts;

It isn't about how good FX CPU's are. It's about what will offer the best performance for his price which I'll go further in.

280$ for FX 4300 performance? Quite expensive isn't it? Goodluck getting above 4.3GHz with that evo 212 and a 4 phase board (don't even try to claim it's a 8 phase -> its with a doubler).

Even at 5GHz, it still gets massively outperformed and it's more expensive.

Yeah most games do not even take advantage of more than 2-4 cores. Since AMD bins their 8320's for 9xxx series, most of them are averaging at 4.4GHz.

If you live near a Microcenter, you can drop that price down even further.  Also, don't forget to use Visa Checkout on Newegg for 10% off, up to $20.

alright, i see your point, but i don't want to believe an 8320 limited at 4 cores 4.2 would perform the same as a 4300 at 4.2 ... there is the xMb L3 cache which plays role isn't it?

Cache makes a bit of a different but mainly the way CMT works but the difference in games are around 10% in 4-threaded games.
