New Speakers Causing Bluescreen

Hey guys, long time lurker first time asker.

 

So today my Creative T3300 speakers arrived, got them all set up, then after about 3 minutes of music, my computer just reset to the POST screen, loads up windows again, then windows tells me its recovered from a blue screen. So I take out the speakers and try them in my phone, they work fine in my phone for a good 30 minutes that i tried it for. Now whenever I put it in my PC they will work for about 1-2 minutes before my PC freezes or just crashes.

 

Any help would be appreciated!

How are they connected to the PC?
3.5mm jack? USB?

Yeah 3.5 jack, sorry I should have mentioned

Check windows event viewer, it will tell you why it BSODd
